Trust Account Review is a four hour CE course which contains an overview of the purpose, responsibility, and process involved in Trust Accounting as it pertains to Property Management. Students will learn proper Trust Account management, review rules and laws pertaining to Trust Accounting, complete example Trust Account ledgers, and work through several audit scenarios. This course will prepare you for managing Trust Accounts in an ethical, legal, and professional manner.

The Montana Board of Realty Regulation requires that every newly licensed Property Manager take at least 2 hours of Trust Accounting instruction as part of their required 12 CE credits. As of July 22, 2017 the Board requires 4 hours of Trust Accounting CE credits for all property managers. The deadline to obtain these additional credit hours in Trust Accounting is July 22, 2018.

This class satisfies the Montana Board of Realty Regulation’s Trust Accounting requirement.

Registration for this class will remain open until June 1st OR UNTIL ALL SEATS HAVE BEEN FILLED.
