Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please read and retain the following policy for your records.

It is our policy to allow transfers for PRE-LICENSING courses ONLY, and only if they are made prior to the course taking place. After that time, no transfers or refund will be given. Additionally, we do not allow consecutive transfers, so if you have already transferred your course date once, you will not be given the opportunity to transfer again. Please keep this in mind and plan accordingly.

**There will be no refunds or transfers on any CONTINUING EDUCATION registrations.**

  • A $50 administrative fee will be assessed to cancellations or transfers for PRE-LICENSING made prior to 20 business days before the course
  • A $100 administrative fee will be assessed to all cancellations or transfers for PRE-LICENSING made within 20 business days of the course.
  • A $175 administrative fee will be assessed to all cancellations or transfers for PRE-LICENSING made within 5 business days of the course taking place.
  • A $175 administrative fee will be assessed to all transfers for PRE-LICENSING registration made as a result of non-completion.
  • NO refund will be issued for cancellations made as a result of non-attendance.

We do not accept registrations after a course has been closed. We recommend registering early, as courses often fill up faster than expected. If, for extreme extenuating circumstances, your registration is accepted after a course has closed, we will assess a non-negotiable $75 administrative fee in addition to your registration fee.

Contact our office at (406) 532-9225 to make arrangements on transfers for PRE-LICENSING made up to 30 days after the original course has ceased.
